You’re an athlete.

You run, jump, train, compete, and push your body hard. But if the weight room feels intimidating, confusing, or keeps leading to injury, it’s not because you’re weak. It’s because no one ever taught you how to strength train as a woman. Strength training is the missing piece, the foundation that protects your body, builds confidence, and unlocks the performance and longevity you’ve been working so hard for.

Coach Mel and Coach Courtney are two lifelong athletes who have spent years learning how to strength train with proper form and intention for our bodies and sports. Now, we use that experience to coach and support women in building strength, confidence, and performance through training that actually transfers.

We focus on smart progression and form-first coaching so your training supports both performance and longevity.
