Plan for about 1-2 hours per week. Each week you’ll perform one key lift, submit your video for feedback, and review your personalized coaching video and notes.

You’ll record your lifts on your phone and upload them to a personalized Google Drive Folder. Your coached will then use Loom to send back a time-stamped video response highlighting what you did well and what to adjust.
